Anne Steyermark Austin has over 25 years of highly successful and strategic recruiting experience. After graduating from Virginia Tech, Anne landed a position in the recruiting industry in the Washington DC Metro area. Her career started with a successful startup of a top 3 medical staffing office in the Washington, DC area. A move to Raleigh, NC is where Anne was mentored by a renowned, proven industry leader in strategic recruiting and headhunting. She excelled in this role, earning Top Producer in the entire company her first year under his mentorship. Anne had extraordinary recruiting successes in multiple industries!

After a move to Roanoke, Virginia, Anne continued her recruiting career with a position in a regional Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Forbes top 16 company) recruiting office. From there, in a step up, Anne re-entered the healthcare industry as a National Recruiting Manager for a large healthcare conglomerate, successfully recruiting for all levels of positions in the company, as well as filling ALL open positions in the company at that time.

It was time for Anne to open her own recruiting firm. Talent Prospectors began in September of 2008. Anne Steyermark Austin has recruited successfully on a local level, a regional level, and also on a national level. She has strategically and successfully recruited and filled positions from the West Coast to the East Coast. More recently, Talent Prospectors has gained notoriety for filling key positions within Accounting and Finance, both public and private accounting. As well, her career successes include placements in Legal, Manufacturing, Sales, Automotive, Healthcare, Hospitality and Utilities.

About The Photographs

Anne Steyermark Austin excels at identifying and acquiring exceptional, hard to find talent; they are the star performers, self-starters, go-getters, and trailblazers in their industries. The stunning photography by Tim Lewis and Jim and Betsy Manos showcases such champions as well as the adrenaline, triumph, and determination inherent in reaching and surpassing one’s goals.
 
Tim Lewis, an Endurance Photographer and ultra hiker and marathoner from Salem, VA, has had his extraordinary photos published on numerous media platforms. His photos are those featured which capture the grandeur of views and vistas from his artistic eagle eye. He has passionately ascended majestic landmarks throughout the country.  Some photos are taken by him, or feature him, vigorously participating in national marathons. He is especially known for breathtaking images of McAfee’s Knob, which is one of the most photographed on the Appalachian Trail in Virginia. Tim has been fondly dubbed The King of McAfee’s Knob, because he has summited and photographed from there close to 670 times as of this writing.  Tim Lewis’s unrivaled commitment is mirrored in Anne’s approach to recruiting, always pushing to find the consummate professionals who excel in their fields.
 
Jim and Betsy Manos, are seasoned recreationalists based in Salt Lake City, Utah and British Columbia, Canada. They deliver phenomenal photos which capture the exhilarating essence of adventure and excellence. They are featured on photos of skiiers trailblazing untapped snow powder and summits, as well as photos featuring them cycling to new heights and destinations. Jim has survived some life threatening conditions, which has propelled he and Betsy to make sure they live life to the fullest.  Their zest for life mindset reflects the character of the professionals Anne Steyermark Austin is known for recruiting and placing: those driven to achieve greatness in every pursuit!
